We keep stock of many of the popular sizes and configurations of Image Quality Indicators (IQIs) and Penetrameters. If you need a size that is not represented in this table please contact us .

ASTM Wire Penetrameters:
ASTM stainless steel/aluminum (1-A, 1-B, 1-C, 02-A, 02-B, 02-C). Other alloys available by special order.

DIN and FE-EN Penetrameters:
DIN penetrameters come in 1-7, 6-12 and 10-16 sizes.    

ASME Hole Penetrameters:
ASME stainless steel/aluminum penetrameters are available in the following sizes:
#5, #7, #10, #12, #15, #17, #20, #25, #30, #35, #40, #45, #50
Other alloys available by special order.

 

Darkroom Accessories & Supplies - Comparator Shims and Steel Shims

 


Some codes require that shims be used under penetrameters to compensate for thickness of a backing ring or weld reinforcement. Shims are supplied in the same materials as penetrameters (stainless steel). Comparator shims are made from stainless steel

Dimensions: 1.75” X 0.75” X 3/32”

Plain steel shims are penetrameter size and are 1/16” in thickness.

Darkroom Accessories & Supplies - Chemical Tanks


Exclusive to Spencer Manufacturing, our chemical tanks are constructed of molded PVC and designed to fit our darkrooms (both the long-box and the short-box styles).  Feature all-stainless hardware, neoprene lid seal and bottom 1" drain hole with silicone plug.

Chemical Tanks are available in two sizes:
  • 10 US Gallons capacity (37.85 litres), with dimensions of 23.5”H x 19”D x 10”W
  • 7.5 US Gallons capacity (28.39 litres), with dimensions of 23.5”H x 19”D x 8”W
